Leadership Walkshops for Collective Impact

We brought together leaders from Holborn Community Association, Calthorpe Community Gardens and Covent Garden Dragon Hall Trust. These are people who are often under pressure, underfunded and overstretched. Instead of another meeting room, we offered them walks around hidden pockets of Bloomsbury, Covent Garden and Holborn. No slides, no notes. Just reflection, fresh air and the space to reflect on shared challenges and build trust.

Impact

The walks created something rare: connection without competition. Leaders began to see each other as allies, not rivals. Partnerships emerged. So did a renewed sense of possibility and care.

  • “Clare has a relaxed yet professional approach to facilitation. She brings a sense of joy and curiosity to the sessions, which I found inspirational and have tried to carry with me into my work. We came away with a greater understanding of each other's perspectives and needs, particularly in relation to collaboration and partnership working.”
