See things differently
Walk and Wonder
The festive period is a time of delight. It can also be a season when we feel frazzled, overwhelmed and in a perennial hurry to get things done (and make everything perfect). An Urban Curiosity Wonder Walk is a 45-minute mindful stroll for people who need a little respite from all the doing, rushing and perfectionism of this time of year.
Join us in London’s Farringdon or Brighton’s Laines for this thoughtful walk, which will bring you into the present as we tune into our senses, think about awe and connection, the elements and cultivating wonder in the city.
It’s only people, as far as we know, who look up at the stars and wonder what they are.
Clare Barry, founder of Urban Curiosity, leads these mindful sessions. Each Wonder Walk costs £5 per person and group size is no more than 8 people. In London, we depart from Prufrock Coffee on Leather Lane and and in Brighton, we gather at Department Store for the Mind’s pop-up shop in the Laines (where you can enjoy a delicious hot chocolate, too!).
Witness the world around you this December and feel true joy and connection.
