how it works

The process is simple, consistent and effective.

Friday:
Once a week, I’ll send you four questions designed to help you reflect on how the week went. You’ll assess what’s working (and what’s not), then clarify your upcoming work, life or creative priorities. You’ll create a practical plan for the week ahead - leaving room for flexibility when life throws you curveballs. The aim? To transform your to-do list and make meaningful progress.

Monday:
You’ll reply with your reflections and work plan every Monday. This reflective practice is where clarity, confidence and momentum are built. Many of my clients find that simply writing their responses helps them realign with their goals and show up for themselves.

Tuesday:
By 11am GMT, you'll receive laser-focused feedback that cuts through the noise and highlights what will truly move the needle in your work or creative project. Strategic, personalised and actionable guidance delivered straight to your inbox.

Optional follow-up:
Respond to my feedback if you’d like, but it’s not required and I won’t respond again until the next Friday email. This structured approach ensures you make the most of each exchange, providing value without overwhelming you or cluttering your inbox.

Since 2014, I’ve guided hundreds of changemakers in rediscovering their sense of wonder, asking deeper questions and nurturing their creativity. When you learn to see things differently, you can engage with your own curiosity in transformative ways.

For more than 15 years, I held management positions in entrepreneurship, executive education, organisational behaviour and philanthropic partnerships at London Business School, the LSE, charities and nonprofits. The problem was my creativity had melted into a puddle at the bottom of the career ladder. Burnout, back surgery and bereavements eventually led me to find a better way to live and work.

  • Momentum Mondays is designed to be asynchronous. Choose a pace that suits the time and energy you have available. You have between Friday and Monday to reply to my weekly email. It should take no more than 15 - 20 minutes. There is no need to reply to my Tuesday coaching response, unless you want to. I won't email you again until Friday.

  • At £65/month with a three-month commitment, this is my most affordable way to help you achieve your goals with clarity and intention - without burning out.
