Tea & Cake Creative Retreat
Calling frazzled people everywhere! This is your invitation: leave responsibilities behind for an afternoon of reflection and committing to your true priorities + tea and baked goods in London.
Gather the tools to reconnect with your creativity and make space for new ideas to emerge. Set some intentions for how to engage in the world with greater ease. Exchange stories to cultivate greater self-empathy. Mess about with ink, paint, stamps, glue and torn paper. Enjoy time for day-dreaming. Feel nourished and inspired when the retreat ends.

Thank you for creating such a generous and warm welcoming space for us all. So much of what I realised then is still sinking in for me – I feel like the curtain has been pulled back in so many ways – PHILIPPA
I went across the road and bought a book to fill with the ideas that flowed. The next few hours were spent happily writing away in a local park in my complete element – NATASHA
This was exactly what I needed. I wrote more than I imagined possible and had the absolute pleasure to connect with other creative ladies who I now consider friends – AIMEE
